"They come on time and took shoes off as I requested. Two guy--Nick and Nick. Nick one used a vacuum clean all the ducts, only missed one, first floor and second floor. Nick two explain to me what a whole set of job will be --clean the duct, but one for one set in/out and mine has two small branches, he called 3 Mains/feeders. Then he'll need make small openings on the main/feeder ducts in order to use brush clean the inner surface. He also said there are animal hairs inside, need to be clean, mold need to be sanitized and I request a cut for easy insert the filter. It took them from 12 pm to 2 pm finish all. They also spread some protection for the rusted cover, due to the moisture. Nick is very patient with my questions. I also mentioned the dryer vent on the coupon, asked they to vacuum the basement near their work area since it's new carpet. They did it.
After all, I gave the coupon, which is $89 and check with $948. Now I realize I'm overpaid at least $89, if not more.

In one word, this is a really bad deal!! I end up pay more than other companies regular price and I'm not 100% trust if all of the "job" they listed are really needed."

"Jim responded promptly to my order placed on Angie's List for the Remote Computer Tune Up & Repair Deal.  He cleaned up the computer remotely, which was running very slowly, and required frequent re-boots.  Computer is running much faster now.  Great service.  Would highly recommend.

I was very pleased. With regard to price, they were very reasonable. I didn’t feel like I was pressured to buy anything additional that I didn’t need. They told me exactly what was going on. Their responsiveness and punctuality were very good. I love the email system that they have. As soon as I buy a coupon, they send me an email and say let's schedule this. I love that because it's a very easy way to communicate without having to get calls all day. I would absolutely sue them again in the future. I was waiting for them 6:10.9 to 6:15.1probably about 15-20 miles away from this address. I thought that they would be out here anytime. Then it dawned on me that I did not give them the updated address. So I called them immediately and said that it was my mistake for sending them the wrong address. They were very gracious in owning up to my mistake."
