I have been in home repair and maintenance for over 20 years now. I am regularly working at full rehab homes in all different aspects of the repair from framing, and drywall to finishings and final finish work. Including problem solving issues within the home to get everything running right. I am clean and professional and looking forward to helping all who need help.

"Iâ ve owned my home for 30 years and on occasion needed some electrician work done. Austin and Brady were the most efficient team Iâ ve hired for work like this. I had an entryway light on a sloped ceiling that was a story and half height changed out along with a dining room light and living room ceiling fan. They did all in less then 3 hours. Definitely will hire them again as I have more updates done to my home."

Window Treatments questions, answered by experts

Generally speaking, you should clean your windows and any associated fixtures and treatments every six months. Otherwise, clean them as needed to keep everything running smoothly. If you live in a part of the country with especially hard water, you may have to clean them three or four times per year, and the same goes for areas where insects, pollen, dirt, and other debris can soil your windows and potentially cause issues with the moving parts.

Double-pane windows offer several key benefits, making them a worthwhile investment. They provide superior insulation and energy efficiency compared to single-pane windows, which helps limit heat loss, maintain more comfortable indoor temperatures, and lower your utility bills. The design, which features two panes of glass filled with air or gas, also dramatically reduces noise from outside, making your home significantly quieter. Additionally, the dual-pane construction strengthened by spacers improves the durability and security of your windows.

Yes, replacing windows can boost your home’s resale value by improving its curb appeal, energy efficiency, and comfort. The return on investment (ROI) varies depending on the types of windows you install, but most homeowners see an ROI of around 60% to 70% of the cost of the window installation, according to the Remodeling 2024 Cost vs. Value Report

Insulating windows with plastic works, but it can be time-consuming, and the end results can—and often do—end up lacking in aesthetics. Window film and caulking your windows to make sure there are no drafts are two options that increase the energy efficiency of your home in a low-cost way. Plastic can be a good strategy while you consider alternatives.

Replacing window glass instead of the entire window is more cost-effective, maintains the frame's aesthetics, and reduces waste. It improves insulation and energy efficiency and can be completed more quickly with minimal disruption to the home.
