"They come on time and took shoes off as I requested. Two guy--Nick and Nick. Nick one used a vacuum clean all the ducts, only missed one, first floor and second floor. Nick two explain to me what a whole set of job will be --clean the duct, but one for one set in/out and mine has two small branches, he called 3 Mains/feeders. Then he'll need make small openings on the main/feeder ducts in order to use brush clean the inner surface. He also said there are animal hairs inside, need to be clean, mold need to be sanitized and I request a cut for easy insert the filter. It took them from 12 pm to 2 pm finish all. They also spread some protection for the rusted cover, due to the moisture. Nick is very patient with my questions. I also mentioned the dryer vent on the coupon, asked they to vacuum the basement near their work area since it's new carpet. They did it.
After all, I gave the coupon, which is $89 and check with $948. Now I realize I'm overpaid at least $89, if not more.

In one word, this is a really bad deal!! I end up pay more than other companies regular price and I'm not 100% trust if all of the "job" they listed are really needed."

Mike, Jeff and Harry are the most polite and respectful people. They took the time to answer all our questions and explain why and how they were doing things when we asked. They were there when they said they would be and cleaned up every night like they said they would. You can tell they like what they are doing, take pride in their work and it shows. We have the best looking house on the block now. We have received compliments on the house already.

"Very nice, responsive staff. Received my equipment quickly and rather simple to set-up. The only oddity people should be aware of, is that the sensor pair may not attach on doors where the surrounding trim has ornate molding close to the edge (i.e. one sensor attaches to the door but the other adjoining sensor needs to attach to the trim). The sensors will have a terrible time sticking to the trim, unless you carve out the moulding so there's a 1/2 inch flat surface for it to adhere cleanly. So just fyi.
