"We replaced the windows in our 1933 home through the services of MadCity Windows. From the initial contact with their sales representative to final installation, the company provided top notch professional work. With the draft from the old windows and the cold of the glass, we are already saving on our energy bills. Our house had old, large windows, so they had to be custom made. As an industrial designer and interior designer, we find our windows to be of excellent quality."

"The windshield on my Prius was replaced last June by another provider under my comprehensive insurance glass coverage, and this winter the car developed a sneaky water leak that caused mysterious intermittent electrical problems that cost over $1,000 in dealer diagnostic/repair costs until they accidentally saw water dripping on connectors under the dash. The other provider settled a warranty claim, actually totaling the car because of potential repair costs (likening it to a flood car), and we agreed to a settlement under which I retained the car for the settlement amount less salvage value. I decided to keep and try to repair the car, so I asked them to fix the windshield leak, but they refused?washing their hands of the car after the settlement. So after consulting Angie I contacted Gregg Wickland of Glass Installers Plus to get a quote on resealing the windshield. He explained that the problem probably wasn't the windshield seal itself, but an issue with the plastic cowl underneath the windshield that diverts water from the fresh air intakes (this would have been removed and replaced during the windshield replacement). He suggested several diagnostic procedures I could perform to isolate the problem, and acknowledged that if the problem was the cowl I could probably fix it myself. So Gregg not only talked me out of spending money on possibly unnecessary services, he spent about half an hour of valuable time pointing me in the right direction. That's service! I will file a followup once I resolve the leaking issue.
"Pleasant voice when I called about leaking shower door; helpful discussion of whether I needed a service call at my home or whether I could do it myself. I decided I needed a service call. Staff made 2 visits: first one assessed what needed to be done and got door adjusted. Second visit 4 days later repaired the fixed panel of glass. All workers were friendly and professional. Results are good: no leaking and both glass panels line up properly. "
"Great. Harmon Glass came to my place of employment and replaced my cracked windshield on the date and time they said they would. I have had no problems with the newly replaced windshield. "
"I've had my bathroom grout professionally cleaned a couple of times and the results were soso. The cleaning by The Grout Doctor was so much better. My grout is now uniform in color. He got rid of the dark patches which really stood out. He also treated my glass sink and it looks new. I highly recommend The Grout Doctor."

"One structure in the form of a arbor with a gate completed our fence. The other structure a small deck outside of the lower sliding glass doors, with a pergola added, gives a quiet shady respite to the yard. We also had Hal design and build a fountain feature added to the garden area itself. Which gives a soft and flowing water sound near the small deck. The work overall is outstanding with a very finished look. It was also accomplished as per estimate of time and cost. They were very considerate to make the work space neat and clean each day at finish time.
We would "highly" recommend these contractors to anyone wanting this type of excellent yard work done. "
Using caulk is one of the simplest and most recommended methods to finish glass tile edges. It creates an elegant seam between the glass tile and the adjacent area, along with a waterproof seal. With this method, you want to use a caulk color that matches the grout and, along with the grout, compliments the tile. Make sure the caulk line is smooth and even. Alternatively, you can use a bullnose or tile trimming to edge, however, that will also require caulk to seal.
You can hang bathroom mirrors in either orientation—vertical or horizontal. Factors like the bathroom layout, lighting design, vanity size, and mirror shape and size may make one orientation more practical. For example, a tall vanity with a tall faucet and low-hanging light fixtures may force a horizontal orientation for a rectangular or oval-shaped mirror. Looking at bathroom mirror ideas can help you decide which you like best.
Installation typically takes 1-2 hours, depending on the mirror size and mounting requirements.
This can be a matter of personal preference, but a good rule of thumb is to center your bathroom mirror over the sink’s faucet. In some cases, if the sink is off-center in the vanity or you have multiple sinks in the same vanity, you may find it more aesthetically pleasing to center the mirror over the vanity.
New glass costs anywhere from $3 to $100 per square foot. More specifically, tempered and insulated glass—a common option for sliding glass doors—costs between $10 and $14 per square foot.
