Our plan is to have 20-30 ex-offenders (both full time and part time) on staff by the end of 2016. WFOM will employ people for 24-36 months, and then help them find a career path of their choosing. WFOM is a revolving door employer providing our employees with a mentoring program to help them become good citizens, an employment track record with skills and recommendations assure their next employer of the type of person they are hiring.
