There were a couple of corners that needed some attention and they went back outside and took care of it. This may seem like a little thing but I have really high windows so they weren't just outside; they were climbing high ladders to get the job done. They had already been in & out to clean butTyler wanted me to be happy and wanted my windows to look perfect. He asked me what I thought - he didn't just tell me they were done. I felt bad mentioning the corners because I knew he'd have to go back outside and climb the tall ladder but he saw them too and wanted all smudges completely gone.
