Bateman was scheduled to come on October 27th, but unfortunately, the tenant was absent, and he couldn't access the property. The following day, Brian Ringgenberg arrived and provided the necessary service. He was very professional and informed me that there would be no charge for the missed appointment on October 27th since it was so close to the previous day and that it would all be consolidated into a single bill for the current service, which involved assessing the situation and changing some fuses. However, I encountered an issue when I checked my credit card statement a week later. To my surprise, I noticed that I had been double charged for the service. Despite contacting customer service multiple times, I am still waiting for a resolution regarding the refund of $199.00."

Chris would not install the correctly compatible equipment and made ridiculous excuses for two years before he finally just stopped returning calls. Made excuses and lied,, as he knew better and is experienced enough to know he made a mistake. His response was to lie, make excuses, and finally just disappear. This cost me $13,500.00 to correct his negligence, so please consider carefully."

"On September 18, 2025 My husband and I had our furnace replaced by Neighborhood Plumbing, Heating and Air. They did such an amazing job, very professional and organized like a well oiled machine. Justin and Andrew were our installers and we would recommend them to anyone. They were so thorough and explained everything they did and installed a new thermostat and showed us how to operate it. Two weeks later the electrician Spencer came out and installed a surge protector onto the furnace and showed us how to operate it. We would recommend Spencer to anyone also.
