The weather has been terrible this winter. Additionally, the ice jams were bigger than I have ever seen them. For cleaning, I prefer to use my own chemicals unless there are allergies, do an initial deep clean and get you on track. For minor repairs, I am able to quote with proper tools. If I don't have them, the customer is responsible for acquiring them. For yard work, I have all my own tools.
