Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. "Paul did a great job.  Our previous contractor didn't do a very good job on the rough openings for the doors so it took longer than Paul thought to install the doors, but he didn't charge us extra.  Every door looks really good.  The wall he finished for us looks a lot better than the other walls.  We should have called him first.  He will be getting a call from us on any more work we need for sure."
