"If I could rate higher than 5 starts, I would!! Brian did an EXCEPTIONAL job. We were originally quoted $1800 by another cleaning service in Rochester just to have our ducts and dryer vent cleaned. MedCity Duct Cleaning charged quite LITERALLY a fraction of that ($300!!). Brian was very respectful and explained the whole process in depth. He even looked into our vents to see how dirty they were and there was hardly anything in there. The company that quoted us the 1800 said they were EXTREMELY dirty and needed to be cleaned. Requested the customer to provide towels or something to cover the bottom of old water heater, mentioning the carpet will be dirty without it. 2. Had difficuties to ignite the starter/new water heater. Broke a gas nozzle part of the ignite by drilling. Even broken, put the part into the water heater. Somehow, the starter worked. 3. Paid $1,000 for installation of water heater. Requested the receipt but they said it will be avaiable after 3 weeks (will be updated). 4. Broken part will be replaced by other service provider,"

"After a Coit truck left my driveway following some upholstery cleaning, I found an oil spot on my pavers where the truck had been parked. I called and was told that they could easily remove the spot and would come back to do this at the end of the week. No one showed up or called with an update. This was at the end of April. It is now near the end of June. I have called them at least 6 or 7 times to find out if they would come to remove it. During that period I think they have come either 2 or 3 times to work on this spot which was supposedly easy to remove. I always had to call them since they never left a note or called to say they had been here. The last time they were here was 5 or 6 days ago. The spot is certainly less visible, but it’s still there despite their assurances that it was totally gone. Will not use Coit again. Ever."

"very poor work quality, I had to have them come back 3 times after the initial installation to repair damages and fix the shoddy workmanship to get the roof right and it still hasn't passed Inspection. On top of that on three other occasions they were scheduled to be there and they just didnt show up at all. They left trash in my yard and in my driveway causing a flat tire on my car due to nails left all over the driveway. I even found missing shingles on a newly installed roof, how does that happen? I also found out after the fact they were TWICE as expensive as their competitors. I called 3 different contractors after getting their final bill and found this out. Twice the price for shoddy work? I'm just glad I was able to get up on the roof and check the quality of the work and demand they corrected it. My recommendation, hire someone else. There are so many other capable company's out there. You dont need to waste your time with this one. It's not worth it."
