Considering the additional repairs needed and weather (rain) they finished in a reasonable time frame. Once the job was finished they returned the area, at the very least, as good as they found it. The roofs look better than we anticipated. We had a couple of questions after the completion and Mike came back at our convince and answered them to our satisfaction. All this for a reasonable cost!"

Owner said the techs need to be instructed to say it was optional, but it helps you better understand the mold your dealing with. Glad I did it but not sure if it could have been done for less."
