We specialize in janitorial cleaning, residential cleaning, residential and commercial carpet and upholstery, disaster restoration, and offer "Green Cleaning" options as well. We employ approximately 50 employees. All of our employees are background checked and chemical screened. In addition each employee is trained to the ServiceMaster standards and is documented. Carpet cleaning does carry an additional $10 environmental disposal fee. ServiceMaster by Ayotte taking as much pride in your facility as you do.

Sole proprietor owned business since 2001 with eighteen years in business. master mason licensed, bonded and insured. We work as either a two or more crew depending on the job. I, Jeffrey, the owner, do all my own work. We're family here at Cornell Chimney. Three generations now. We are looking forward to service you.

"Cornell was hired to remove, rebuild and reline our chimney. We paid him his down payment , soon after he requested $4500 more to order the liner. He erected scaffold to complete the job, which ended up falling causing damage to our roof along with damage caused from dropping bricks on the roof. 4 months went by with little to no progress. Finally we received notice from his insurance company that he was dropped because of lack of payment. We were forced to higher a new chimney company to complete the job. At that point we found out Cornell had never ordered the liner that we paid for. We asked to have the $4500 returned but never received a response. I would highly recommend not allowing Cornell anywhere near anyone's roof. He is careless and unreliable."

"Alex let me know ahead that it would be emergency rates and what they were. He was knowledgeable, observant (Made sure it wasn't a floor drain by checking the toilet water level first), and honest. He told me there was a clean out plug he might break and when I asked him how much it was and he said a better version would cost $30 after seeing him try to be gentle with the old one, I figured it'd be cheaper to just break the old one and move on at emergency rates. He hit tree roots at 90 feet and cleared it out. Alex was a very pleasant guy, cleaned off the tires of the drain auger before he brought it down stairs, and did the job efficiently."
