"Steamatic cleaned my air ducts and within one year i had to change the filters 4 times with dust and junk in it. I don't have pets and only 4 people in a large house. They were trying to blame it on pets which I never owned and then they said if you live on a gravel road that would happen. I told the staff member, you guys were into my house and i live on a golf course. The closest gravel road would be about 15 miles away. They refused to back their service and never again. Buyer beware"
