Mullberrys Garment Care

Had difficulty getting established with home delivery and pickup. Required multiple contacts to validate route and pickup address. The bags and wooden hangers are a nice touch but do not fill the gap caused by their poor customer service. Mulberrys lost a pair of (beloved) pants, a year old, and never found them. The process to trace lost items seems useless and simply a front to the effort. I was told a tracer was put on the pants, and that I would hear back from Mulberrys within two weeks. This process occurred three times and had to follow up with the central number over the course of six weeks. No one ever returned my call regarding the status of the pants. I had to broach the topic of compensation for a lost item with a clerk the third time. I received no call, so I documented the process and sent it to an email contact on their website. I received an email in return from a "concierge" - never a call or an apology. The message immediately offered a credit to my account and left me with the feeling that the process often ends this way. Buyer beware: the policy for lost items is to credit your account -- no cash reimbursement is offered, and there are no exceptions. I am weary of sending any items there, despite what is now a large credit on my account. Customer service is poor, processes are unreliable, no one follows up with you personally, and there is very little professionalism displayed in order to keep my business.

Fast service and well done

We followed their instructions to bundle our 6 coats for cleaning pickup. They did not pickup on the scheduled day and we had to call in 2 separate times for a different date pickup - all the while leaving our bags of coats hanging out on our front door, which I was uncomfortable with from the beginning. They finally picked up the bags and significant time passed without confirmation that our items were cleaned. We called to inquire and all of our coats were LOST - they had no record of anything. We gave descriptions of the items and the timing of the situation, etc, they had no record. More time passed and they located 2 coats based on descriptions (I assume). I went in person to their processing facility to look through their unclaimed inventory - they had found 2 additional coats (out of 6) - I looked through ALL of the remaining coats and was unable to find the remaining 2. Working with their customer service manager Jake I called back several times over a number of months and no new coats came into the unclaimed inventory. We spoke to Jake to discuss compensation for the lost coats and he responded that since they have no record they have no liability. This experience has been appalling, has lasted 8 months of back and forth and we are now at a loss of 2 high-end winter coats with zero compensation due to Mulberry's negligence and incompetence.

Great environmental alternative, great on men's shirts with wooden hangers, so many that you recycle them back to the dry cleaner. hours available are good and options to drop off during closed hours is a wonderful option as well.

Excellent service; had a spot on the coat that I did not think would come out. they got the spot out and the coat looks almost brand new

Too many items not done properly and they refuse to rush an item to get it back when they made the mistake.

On 9/25, they accidentally delivered someone else's dry cleaning. I put the mis-delivered dry cleaning out, along with our dry cleaning bag at our next scheduled pick-up date. It is now 10/19, and we still have not received a pick-up, regardless of multipled phone calls to multipule people. We received apologies and assurances things would be corrected, and then the next pick-up date would come, and no driver. They do not seem to care about customer service. No one ever followed up to check on the service.

They pressed the jacket all wrong - they put a curve in the front line and rumpled the bottom hem in the back.When they tried to correct they made the bottom worse and the curve slightly betterAND tried to charge me againI got no resolution with this and about a year later was called by a collection agency saying I owed them $$I wil never go back thereThis was a beautiful Canadian wool suit, a favorite of my husbands.It is ruined

Brought a friend, new to the area, in with me to pick up my dry cleaning. She was impressed as I, with the hours of the stop, the green alternative to dry cleaning, and they gave her a discount on her next dry cleaning needs. The shop is very clean, well lighted. Parking is on street and they have their own lot. Staff is respectful of customers and helpful. A great addition to our south minneapolis neighborhood. Starched pressed men's shirt was $2.00 cheaper than my old cleaner.
