After the work was completed, there were several issues with the install; pickets hung crooked, property was destroyed (workers stepped on and bent newly installed gutters and downspouts), and one gate was repositioned in a different spot without my approval which rendered my neighbors gate inoperable as well as interfered with the external dryer vent on my house. I contacted the owner of the company (Julian) and the issues were tended to, although it took several days. The fence did not fare well through the winter, however. I phoned Julian in March to tell him that the back gate was falling apart and would not stay closed due to the latch being improperly installed. I asked him to take a look at it and get back to me. I patiently waited for him, but after 5 weeks of nothing, I phoned again and left a message indicating that he had exactly 10 days to attend to the matter. In that time frame, more pickets from the fence and gate fell off. Apparently, the workers stapled the pickets on with inappropriately sized fasteners. The owner texted me on the 10th day stating that he would come to fix the fence and gate and gave me a date. At 2pm on that date, no one had shown up. I received a text at 8pm stating that he had been by to fasten all the pickets and would be back on Saturday to fix the gate. It's Saturday and he has not been here. Currently, the gate is completely unusable and utterly unsightly. He reattached the pickets haphazardly and they scrape the driveway. I am shocked at how negligent he has been throughout the whole process and regret the day I hired him. I have pictures of this disgrace. I should also mention that this was not an inexpensive project. But I paid 100% more than what it was worth."

"Carson was the contact person for my project. His customer service skills were horrible. There were times where he took days to reply to messages, rarely responded to a text on the weekend even though he frequently scheduled work on the weekends. Didn’t have contact with installers on a critical date when I was expecting everything to be completed. A project that should’ve taken two weeks wound up taking four months. Yes, four months! I spent hundreds of extra dollars on a pod in my driveway and had to keep large amounts of furniture in my garage because of Carson‘s mishandling of scheduling the project and the lack of completing the job well. He gave a very professional initial proposal and unfortunately, I fell for it. I have screenshots of many of the texts. The most ironic one was the final payment. When everything was finally fixed (closet doors that weren’t put on correctly, giant gaps between the wood and the walls, doors that wouldn’t shut, bags of garbage sitting in my driveway), he asked if he could get my final payment. I said I needed the warranties which he had promised me. He then didn’t contact me again for two weeks and then came back to the text thread and said oh I’m sorry I’ve been sick. Can I have your money now? Not in those exact words, but the frustration was that he didn’t contact me for two weeks and then all of the sudden I was supposed to drop everything for him. That’s how I felt the entire project was. He should’ve been dropping everything for me and I had to drop everything for him. Most frustrating project I’ve ever experienced. And when all is said and done, he gave me $200 off for his screw up, referring to it as a “miscommunication“ and never even said thank you for my business."
