They showed up on time, rolled up an 8' x 10' area rug to clean and dry at their shop. Then they cleaned two stairs runners. The rug was returned a day earlier than they estimated. The guys returned the rug (and pad) to its location.

He got everything out of bottom freezer, put it in the sink and on a towel on the counter and went to work on cleaning the freezer drain. He cleaned up the floor area where he was working when done and put frozen items back in freezer.
