I am a skilled tradesman for the Army Corp of engineers full time but I have a very flexible schedule which allows me to devote 3 days a week or more on my side business. I use other skilled craftsman and laborers when needed depending on the job. I work with clients budgets and both parties always leave happy.

"Lee and I communicated via phone on a Friday and set an appointment for Monday as he was booked up the Friday I called. However, he called a few hours later and had time to come address the issue that day if I wanted! Even though I kept the original Monday appointment, I appreciated that he called back and could have worked my job in if needed. When Monday came, Lee called to check in when he said he would and showed up on time with everything needed to get the job done. He even left some plumbing supplies to prevent the issue from happening in the future, free of charge. Start to finish it took less than half an hour, and when I asked Lee to clean out my garage line since I had him there, he did not hesitate. It is great when a job is done well, but it is even better when it is done with true customer service in mind. As an added bonus, it wasn't even financially painful as far as home repairs go! All in all I can't imagine being happier with the service Lee with Jetter Clean provided. I would recommend him to anyone needing this type of service, hands down!"

"These guys are highly recommended! I really appreciate a company that stands by their work, gets it done fast, and done right. We had our laundry room drain start backing up on a Sunday morning. I didn’t know why our drains were backing up at the time so I started calling plumbers and companies like Rotor Router, because we live in the country and being Sunday morning, I either got an answering machine, or somebody that said it was going to be a long time before they could come out. When I called Rochester Drain Rite I was pleased to have a real person answer the phone, She reassured me they could get somebody out to us within 2 hours, wow. Curt showed up on time and was professional; he went out of his way to keep our new floors clean. Curt even explained what he found and gave me some tips to trouble shoot in the future. The pump was replaced and working in about an hour. I was told the work was guaranteed and the pump came with a warranty. I never really believe in warranties but I needed to use it a few days later. Yes we had the new pump stop working and called Rochester Drain Rite; they had somebody out to us in just over 2 hours. The second Tech Norm was as professional as Curt. Norm found a thin plastic disc that had been sitting flush on the bottom of the drain basket; this was not visible as the water had sewage in it and being flat couldn’t be felt. The bottom line is, they had our pump up and running in about 30 minutes and absolutely no additional cost.
