"The work was not only done just like I needed but much, much more. Steven made certain that I understood how the new deadbolt worked and how to replace the battery. He actually had me do the work so that I would really understand. Then he noticed that the storm door did not close completely and fixed that [not on my list]. Next he cleaned up completely.
