They were great! Here on time, got right to work, figured out the problem, told me my most affordable solutions, spent extra time making sure the job was done right (there's a mess of electric wire in the back yard), and is a Star Wars fan. What's not to like? I would definitely hire him again and plan to do so as we make changes to the house. He even stayed a few minutes longer to recommend under cabinet lighting that would work well. Highly recommend!

What impressed me most was the quick answer on cost and clear knowledge of what I needed. Kyle (owner) was so kind, patient and courteous -- he obviously knows exactly what he's doing! I'd recommend him with complete confidence to anyone needing an electrician. Oh, and my aunt said the electrician they use for their business charges much more--another plus!!

He was great. He replied promptly to my email requesting a quote. I received a quote that was a little less expensive - but went with Thor because he answered my questions more thoroughly and made me feel more comfortable about the job he would do. He took care of contacting the power company and getting a permit - and the job was done quickly and professionally. I'm really happy and would highly recommend this company.

Very friendly and patient service. My house is very old and it was sometimes difficult to put outlets in the areas where I wanted them because of the age of the house, broken plaster between walls, etc. I was always informed of the difficulties involved and the wall damage that might be caused if they went ahead with what I asked.

Kyle did an excellent job with our lighting and ceiling fan installation. He was very engaged in our project and asked questions and offered suggestions that were very helpful. We added some last minute tasks for him that he took on willingly. We orginally wanted one ceiling fan installed but then decided to move an existing one into a spare bedroom and put the new one into ours. We also had a flood light in back replaced. His work seems to be top quality and his estimate was right on so there were no surprises. We would definitely hire him again and would recommend to anyone.

He was very good and nice. He is convenient as far as when he can come and did the work very quickly.

Overall everything went smoothly for us. It was a two day job and they told us that up front. When it came to changes to what we wanted they were more than willing to oblige. They took the extra time to show me what they had done and why because I was not home during the day when they started (my wife was home). They were very patient and answered all of my questions. They did everything in the house the first day and worked on the shed the second day. The shed is where we had some miscommunication between them and myself. Once my wife was able to explain to them what we actually wanted they said they could make it happen and they did. Thank you for the great work.

Thor Electic did a large amount of work in my new house. I called them out to check all of my outlets and light fixtures to make sure they all worked properly, and to have several light fixtures installed where there were missing ones. While Mike was working he made two discoveries that had to be dealt with. First he discovered that our breaker box was an old model that had a tendency to catch on fire, so after discussing it with Kyle (the owner) we decided to have a new one installed. Mike also discovered an issue in our upstairs with several outlets that weren't working and the issue causing it was of course in a difficult location. After finally tracking down the spot, they had to crawl into my tiny attic space to access the issue. A few days later I had to call them to see if there was a way to add a second light switch to the other end of my jack and jill bathroom. It turned out that adding another switch would have involved extensive work with cutting into the wall and drilling into the basemen, but after mulling it over Kyle figured out that we could install a remote on the fixture and just keep that by the other door. These guys were always prompt, professional, and pleasant while working in my home. I had no qualms or concerns about giving them a key to my house so that they could get in and out to finish the work while I wasn't house. I will be using Thor Electric for all of my future electrical needs, as a matter of fact I already have new list of things to call them about.

The owner of the company was out of town, and so I worked with his employee. He did an excellent job. He showed me how to hang the crystals that came with my light, and I was able to do that on my own. As crystals are delicate, I can understand why he would not want to be responsible for that piece of the project. He was knowledgeable and represented Thor Electric well. They came out on my first day off, and I was very pleased with their timeliness and attention to my need!

Thor was very timely in arriving at my house and they did a great job.

It was excellent. He did a very an awesome job hanging the chandelier. He was very responsive. I called Sunday afternoon and he came to the house on Monday in the morning. I will definitely be calling him again for other electrical needs.

The owner came to do the job. He was extremely polite and very friendly. He was reassuring, as I was quite worried about my house, and was extremely professional. I will undoubtedly use his services again in the future.

Kyle was a pleasure to work with. He promptly came and gave us an estimate for the job while making suggestions about our options. Kyle then worked on the job while we were out of town on vacation. He called us several times with updates. We found him to be professional and conscientious and his prices were very fair. We would recommend him electrician needs.

Thor Electric is the electrician used by our handyman. Kyle was efficient and mentioned things that needed to be done (such as the smoke and carbon alarms). He followed up with a phone call about returning to finish the job (he needed to wait until other work was complete before he could come back). Everything was in perfect condition when he left.

I contacted Kyle (THOR Electric) 651-408-3348 who happens to be the owner operator and told him what I need done but I needed some advice as well. He took time to listen to me before even talking about estimates or coming out to look at it, I liked this because I had called a couple other places first and they were very short and rushed through the call just basically not listening to me and only trying to get to the in home "estimate" which is hard to do when you don't know exactly what you need( I had a couple guys out before Kyle from Thor). A friend recommended Thor after hearing my frustrations with other companies. I had Kyle out to the house to look at the space where he spent some time looking it over before getting me an estimate which was lower than anything I had been told to date ( 2 other companies). He was on time and very professional. Work on the basement started on time and ended on schedule with absolutely no issues which enabled me to keep my basement on schedule with the other work that needed to be done. The job also came in under original estimate by about $100.00 which was nice. I highly recommend Thor Electric I couldn't of been happier with the job from the first phone call to turning on the lights to see my beautiful basement in all its splendor! )verall, it was a good experience. When Kyle first came to talk about the work to be done, he told me exactly what I needed to do first before his work could be done. He recommended a carpenter I could work with to finish the preliminary work. It was someone he was familiar with and would have good communication with. All things came together and the job was finished.
