Kyle from Thor Electric was great! He is professional, friendly, prompt and knowledgeable. We needed to get two chandeliers put up - of course the chandeliers came with no instructions, were not standard and we were unsure if the electrical boxes in our house would be able to hold the weight of the lights. Kyle was able to diagnose both quickly and get the light fixtures up - one that required him to climb up 18+ feet. We were impressed with his skills and will certainly request his services again! Thanks again Kyle!

Kyle came out with a helper and installed the switches and roughed in the wires. They did in a short time what it would what taken me a half day. We set up a day for them to come out and do the work and they showed up when scheduled and charged a fair price.

We were looking for someone to checker our electrical panel and switchers because a few items seem to be out. After reading Angie's List, we thought Thor Electrical had the best reviews and was close by. I called right away and the owner, Kyle, said he was just in our area and heading back to the office. I told him what we were looking for and he said I'll be right there. Fifteen minutes later he was at our home and within minutes spotted our problem. He fixed it right away and as he was cleaning up after himself, I asked if he could come back sometime and install brand new smoke alarms. He said let's what you got. After a quick examination he told me he could do it in about half an hour. We had the wrong alarms but I went over to our neighborhood Ace Hardware, picked up what he suggested, and a little over thirty minutes later it was all done. I even asked him some other issues and he quoted me some prices and even gave me some suggestions on ways I could save money without having to do a complete overall. This was a welcomed experience and a person I would go back to over and over again.

Kyle arrived promptly, was friendly and personable, and explained what he was doing as he worked. A section of the house was without power; I reset all the breakers but that did not fix the problem, so I used Angie's List to find Thor Electric. Kyle checked the circuit box and found no problem there, so he next traced the circuit and checked the outlets and light switches. He finally found that one of outlets had a short leading from it.

Thor electric gave us great, timely service. We will call upon them with any future electrical needs.

Kyle was awesome. The work was done quickly and very well done. But most importantly, he talked to my kids as they were nearby for the work. He was very willing to listen to them and engage with them. Fantastic and will use them again!

Kyle showed up on time, and quickly fixed the items on my list that could be tackled quickly, and assessed the other items giving me advice on the most economical way to deal with the fix, rather than having him spend several hours. In all, he went through the list much faster than the time he had quoted. Kyle was friendly and very professional. I will use Thor electric again in the future.

Super personable! The type of professional that is straight forward and truly helps to complete a job that isn't easy. Additionally he provided recommendations about other areas of the house which he shared insights as "do it yourself work" that would enhance the home.

Dan with Thor arrived when scheduled and got down to work. Dan was very professional and friendly and explained the work as he did it. As we turned off the necessary circuit breakers, he helped identify which other lights/outlets were affected, thus allowing me to more accurately label the breakers for future reference. Two and a half hours later the work was done. All parts and supplies were with him or in his truck. Electrical work is not cheap but I believe Thor is fairly priced and their work top notch. I would use them again.

I am temporarily taking care of some rental units. One had issues with an old thermostat. between Kyle and the renter we were able to get it done over phone and email. I am very pleased with this company. I had used Thor Electric before and he surpassed my expectations in all aspects of professionalism.

Thor Electric did an excellent job in fixing the lights on our deck posts and showing me how to avoid the problem in the future. I had another issue with the same lights and he did not charge me to come out and show me the problem (user error). I would highly recommend! Good prices and very ethical!

I called Kyle in the morning based on reviews on Angie's List. I explained the problem and he told me he could be out that afternoon. Because I couldn't be home, I left the back garage door unlocked and told him to enter there as the electrical service was in the garage. I wasn't certain what was causing the problem but felt it must be tied to a garage door malfunction (the cables had snapped). A breaker was tripped in the electrical box and when reset would just trip again. After some detective work, Kyle discovered that when one of the garage door cables snapped, it had damaged the electric wiring directly above the cable thus causing the short. Kyle made the repair to the wiring and all is working. I would definitely use Kyle and Thor Electric again. Very good experience and excellent service.

Kyle was extremely courteous and professional. He could have driven out and legitimately charged her for a sevice call and about 5 minutes of work. Instead he did the right thing, knowing it was a very simple fix. I would deffinitely use him again.

Kyle from Thor Electric was amazing to work with. His estimate was half the price of the other one we received. Kyle was very responsive to questions or concerns, he and his crew always arrived on time, and we are extremely happy with the completed work. Kyle had to make one or two extra trips to complete the job due to inspection schedules, light fixture delivery problems, and other glitches in the remodel flow, but he did so without complaint and as quickly as he could fit it into his schedule. He communicated clearly about how the job was going, if adjustments needed to be made in the plan or schedule, and when he or a member of his crew would arrive. Kyle's attention to detail, his ability to "see" our remodel vision and advise us when making decisions, and his quick response to phone calls were incredibly helpful in a complicated remodel. Six months after the kitchen was done, the garbage disposal switch malfunctioned and a new one was installed without extra charge. Overall, Thor Electric exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend them for any electrical job.

I exchanged a few messages via Angie's List with Kyle, and he provided quick and informative replies to help me understand my options. I called him the morning of 06/01 to let him know that I decided to go with a dedicated outlet in my garage for an old refrigerator. He said he could likely fit that in at the end of the day and that he would call later to confirm. Later in the afternoon, he called to confirm and he showed up 30 minutes later. The work was done quickly and professionally. I was very impressed by the experience, and I wouldn't hesitate to call Thor Electric the next time I need some electrical work. I felt the work was good quality and the price was very fair. Kyle was very responsive and helpful via AL messages. Thank you!
