We weren’t awarded 5 consecutive Angie’s List Super Service awards by offering a service that doesn’t stand behind it’s work, sometimes we make mistakes, but we always make sure a customer is happy. In this case, we weren’t given the opportunity to make it right. Our crew of 2 was documented to be at this home for an hour and a half. They worked diligently to remove mold from all of the window tracks, however they did miss the sliding door tracks. We offered profusely that we would prefer to come back and fix this as well as touch up any windows as it was raining that day. We would always prefer we get it right the first time, but we did suggest coming right back the next day, or not even charging for the service, but were not given that opportunity. We are a small family company who’s number one priority is customer service. We will continue providing the metro with our 100% satisfaction guarantee, and we are still more than happy to fix our mistake on this.Service Provider Response

You must be reviewing a different company. We called you on 7/25 which was the day we provided you with a quote. We then sent multiple emails over the next 2 weeks to check in on that quote. We didn't hear back until 8/9 when you responded back to an email declining service.
