I had Nathan quote a job for cabin under 600 sq ft. It was gutted to the studs inside with all new framing and completely open for them to work. He quoted 4,700 for the complete job, rough in and finish trim, simple cabin nothing special outlets lights and water heater etc nothing fancy at all....
