"Removed a tree the first day, got started promptly the week of the quote (Thursday) removed a tree and trimmed another. Cleaned up really well! Friday trimmed the large tree, accidentally took down a phone line, which was a land line so I told them I didn't want it reconnected, because who has a land line!? They used a spider lift which tore tore up a number of my patio pavers which could have been easily avoided by placing plywood down. They didn't end up cleaning up on Friday as they didn't have the blower and it was a mess the neighbor came over to complain about the alley and all the debris in her yard. They wanted to be paid that day which was no big deal but they hadn't yet ground the stumps which they said they'd grind on Monday. They didn't come back until the following Monday to grind the stumps and left all the sawdust from the stumps ~40lbs. that my neighbor is slowly using in her garden and I'm slowly throwing away.

"Maybe they do amazing work, I have no idea. I called 3 times over the course of 2 weeks and submitted requests for estimates twice. I spoke with someone 2 or 3 times on the phone and each time I was either told to go submit a request on the website or that he remembered my note and would go find it and email me with a time to set up an appointment asap. It never went any farther than that. If you are too busy or have other things going on and can't respond, that's totally understandable but please just say so so I don't waste my time. I'm rating a C b/c I'm going on the assumption that SOMETHING was going on that would legitimately explain this otherwise inexcusable behavior.
