"Dust busters were absolutely amazing! We had never had the ducts cleaned since we moved in in 2913 and who knows if the previous owners had. They were prompt, professional and did a great good on our really really bad ducts and dryer vent. Then they recommended a look at the refrigerator coils and those were pretty bad too. So glad we got this done. They had a great coupon deal on Bbay and were less than half the cost of other companies I called in the area."

This schedule helps catch any roof problems before they become extensive and helps prevent mold, moss, and algae from forming. If you live near the coast, annual roof cleaning will help prevent salt buildup on your roof. You can add professional roof cleaning to your yearly home maintenance checklist to ensure you never miss a year.

It may require stronger cleansers or chemicals, higher-pressure spray, or scrubbing to completely remove algae from a metal roof. Start with a mild cleanser; if that doesn’t work and you're comfortable doing so, use a stronger mix of ⅓ cup of laundry detergent, 1 quart of bleach, and 3 quarts of water to gently scrub the algae with a soft-bristled brush. If algae is present across large portions of your roof, doesn’t come off with gentle scrubbing and cleansers, or is in hard-to-reach areas, this may be a job better left to a pro.
