"I was very impressed with Sentri Homes - their customer service was excellent. They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up. The vinyl looks great too."

"We are absolutely thrilled with the bathroom remodels performed by Construction as Investment, LLC. We needed to remodel two of our three bathrooms. The two bathrooms are of moderate size, yet we had received estimates ranging from $25-$50,000, which seemed extreme. We then saw the big deal the company was offering for a full bathroom remodel for $5,000 and purchased two of the big deals after researching and finding good reviews on their work.



Vitaly was the project manager and he took the time to answer our questions and provided good suggestions for a few tricky details in our spaces. He also provided all of the needed measurements and instructions so we could confidently go and pick out all of the materials we wanted to use. This was especially helpful with the tile since my wife and I have never done a project with tile before and weren't experts by any means at understanding what to look for and what we would need. Before and during the remodels, I primarily communicated with Vitaly by texting and he was always prompt in responding. This method of communicating was quick and efficient and made it easy to keep the work moving.



Viktor is the companies "bathroom guy" and is an amazing craftsman and hard worker. He actually did both bath remodels all on his own, yet completed the work quicker than the time estimates we had gotten from the other companies that had given us estimates. And it wasn't from cutting corners, etc. Instead, Viktor's work was outstanding. Our city inspector even remarked about the high quality of workmanship on the remodels. Viktor is a very kind, quite and honorable individual. Because we had two bathroom remodels, Viktor spent a fair amount of time in our home and he really felt like a friend by the time the remodels were complete. We were actually sad when the remodels were finished because it meant we wouldn't see him anymore. When has anyone ever said that about someone working in their home? Our nanny homeschools our youngest daughter, so they and our dog were around the house each day with Viktor. He was always friendly to them and they enjoyed seeing him each day.



About a month after the remodels were complete, we had a crack in the grout in the corner of one of the showers. I texted Vitaly and he made arrangements for Viktor to stop back over one evening and make the repair. There was no hassle in resolving the issue and it was nice to see their commitment to doing the right thing even after the work is over and they've been paid.



We had a tremendous experience with this company and would highly recommend them to others looking for a company that does good work and stands behind it.

"Greene Construction knocked it out of the park for us once more. This is the third or fourth project we've had them do at our house, and it was a big one. They did most of the heavy lifting for our basement remodel project which included installing a new egress window, replacing an 8' picture window, replacing an entry door, framing the basement (family room, bathroom, shower, bedroom, closet, hallway) and other miscellaneous things along the way. Not only was the price right (as usual for these guys), and the work done well, but they always seem happy to be doing it. I like hiring people who love what they do. They go the extra mile to satisfy the customer, and that's why I keep hiring them back. On large jobs like this, setbacks and problems are inevitable, and not once did they ask for more money to complete the job. They just did what needed to get done even though it took longer. "From day 1 it was a night and day experience. They actually showed up, so they were already off to a better start. Worked with the city and structural engineer to ensure safe completion of structural work, worked with me on layout and design. Work area was always tarped off to avoid dirtying up the rest of the house, and the worksite was so clean I wanted to hire them as housecleaners afterwards. Very respectful of our property and time, and our money. There were a couple change orders, and I was on the front of them every time- I knew what was going on, I was able to make decisions on which way I wanted to go with things. There was constant updates and communication, they were always willing to meet me onsite to discuss progress. Their subs were great as well. I had a lot of changes and additions I made during the project and they were happy to accommodate. I was never in the dark on anything- always knew where my money was, if there were delays, if we needed to change or update something. We've already engaged them on another project. 1. The company representative was very helpful in dealing with the insurance company, and in obtaining payment from the insurance company for the damage done by a recent hailstorm. The price I was quoted for the roofing job was within the insurance company's estimate, and the only additional cost was for add-ons that I requested. The crew showed up on time, had all the necessary materials delivered in a timely manner, and did a very nice job of installation. The owner, Steve Heinz, was very hands-on, and made sure I was satisfied with the work done by his crew. He was accommodating in handling the additional work I asked for, and replaced some discolored siding at no cost to me, as it detracted from the look of the work he did.  As I sold the home shortly after the work was done, I cannot comment on the long-term performance of the roof, but it looked perfect after it was finished and gave me no trouble during the time I remained in the house. I believe the new roof and the additional cosmetic work done by Start to Finish was instrumental in the subsequent sale of the property at full listing price. I was so satisfied with the work that I have had Start to Finish estimate another project for me; I would have hired them to do that job, but decided not to proceed with it as we chose to move to a different property instead. I would recommend this company, and have done so.

"We needed work completed before the arrival of out-of-town guests. Dmitriy came over to do the estimate and provided a time estimate that proved to be extremely accurate. He made a special effort to schedule the job so it would be completed before our guests arrived. He and his drywall installer arrived on time, covered the flooring near the work area and cleaned up thoroughly when the job was done. The drywall finishing was exceptional, and the framing of our closet area looks better than the original, with a custom-made door that fit perfectly. We are extremely pleased with the work on our bathroom and the meticulous workmanship that went into it. We had to reschedule Phase 2, and once again Dmitriy has been very accommodating and willing to be flexible. Based on the results so far, we're really looking forward to the installation of our new floor!"
