A blessing in disguise. Ryan happened to have an opening the next Monday. The color I wanted wasn’t going to be available by then so Ryan went OUT OF HIS WAY to make a blend close to the color I wanted. It was perfect. Then, with the late start, worked into the night to get my floor done. This is a business that truly cared about the customer and is passionate about his work. I thought they did very well. I talked to other ones that didn?t really know how to handle the problem and one wanted to chisel out the floor. This was the only one that seemed knowledgeable enough to put in a thicker ring. I thought they were very professional, they were in and out, they worked quick. Price was reasonable, it was more than we were planning on spending, but considering the special circumstances, I guess it was mid-range. I can?t say they were cheap, but you get what you pay for. "
