"Scheduling was easy, I did everything over email. It was a little while before the crew came out - in 2 trips, one was for power washing prep, and 1 for the actual painting, but this was due to weather. The power washing I assumed would just be of the surfaces to be painted, but it looked like he removed the mold/mildew on the back siding of my house which was a pleasant surprise. The painting crew came about a week later and worked from 9am to about 7pm, completing the job. It turned out really nice, the wood was caulked and the painting made it look new again. I have no complaints and I'm happy with the results."

"My house is 100 years old. We discovered several layers of wallpaper to be removed. He was not distracted by that fact and simply and quickly removed the paper from the living room, small hall/short stair area all in one day. Really nice guy did a through job. He will be coming back in about a week or so to install new wallpaper in the same area. I honestly expect he will continue his easy going attitude and past expertise and do a good job!"

"We contracted with JAM Home Services (Jeff) to repair and paint walls, ceilings and closets in the living/dining room and 3 bedrooms of our house. We also asked about installing base board where missing/damaged and also installing shoe molding in all rooms (we had just had carpeting removed and hardwood floors refinished), While his was not lowest estimate for the project, we were impressed with his knowledge, suggestions for successful completion and his professionalism. At our request, he suggested several colors that would work with the hardwood floors. We agreed on a start date, which had to be firm, to meet a specific timeline to place our house on the market. A week before start date, he checked in with us to be sure we still on schedule. As it happened, other projects were already completed, so he started a week earlier than planned and completed the project withing the 4 days he had originally estimated. We could not have been more pleased with the result! Each day, the work space was cleared and cleaned, except for drop cloths left to protect floors. He repaired a baseball-sized hole in the wall in one bedroom, repaired a crack in the plaster above a door in the living room, filled all nail holes. The paint on all ceilings, wall and closets was smooth and even - no messy corners or bleeding edges. The new base boards and and shoe molding were such great enhancements to the rooms. We highly recommend JAM Home Services for anyone with home repair or improvement project needs!"

"My experience in working with Mr. Jones and his painting crew was simply superb. My siblings and I needed to sell our family home, but many serious updates were needed before we listed it. Phil was very kind and patient with us when we had to reschedule a time or 2, due to unforeseen circumstances. "We had used Stohl's previously and contacted them on very short notice. Nathan worked us in to accommodate our need to complete renovations prior to the arrival of a houseguest. He did an excellent job that included recaulking of a previously installed bathroom sink as well as multiple coats to cover previous deep wall colors."

"The paint job was excellent but it was all of the extras that prompted me to right this. We had some rust on the side entry door and they cleaned it up and put on a kick plate, there were corners of the gutters that had been leaking forever and they fixed them, part of the gutter were damaged due to a storm and they fixed that too. They replaced trim boards that were rotting and they did some wood filler around some window trim that was starting to rot. After the job was complete and payment was made, I noticed there were some paint spots all over the concrete patio in the backyard. They came back and power-washed it but when that didn't work, they came back with wire brushes that were about the size of tooth brushes and cleaned every spot by hand. The crew was friendly, professional, clean and a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend them and I would hire them again."
