Dan, the "drain guy" was very courteous, arrived on time, and fixed the problem within three minutes. He plunged one side of the sink after plugging the other side of the sink (it's an old cement double-sided sink), and voil?, it worked! Only wish I would have realized that I should have plugged the other side of the drain before calling the plumber (so if this is your problem, try that first so you can save some money). It cost a total of $135 for clearing the drain, and to be fair, that was the price Chad had quoted over the phone."
