"He was able to get through my to do list that I just couldnâ t do with my full schedule. I keep him on a schedule to make sure my household runs smoothly. He changed my faucet fixtures and then even cleaned the shower when he was finished. He organized my garage, makes sure my water softener gets salt every couple months and furnace filter is changed regularly, water filters, changes the light bulbs I canâ t reach. He does my fall and spring cleanup and even mows the lawn I need him too. I also wanted to have the deck replaced and he recommended replacing a few of the bad boards and use the deck renew paint and it looked amazing and saved me so much money and had it finished within a week before my out of town company came ð"

"John does fantastic work!!! He took our remodel job to the next level. I’m planning on a complete re-build on my barn and a total gut of the second floor of my house. I’m not going to worry about getting bids anymore i’m just going to give John a call and see when he can work it into a schedule. Again, his work is beyond reproach."

Grill Assembly questions, answered by experts

On average, a gas grill can last from five to 15 years. The exact lifespan depends on several factors, including the brand and quality of the grill, frequency of use, and whether the gas line is buried or above ground. With proper maintenance and care, such as regular deep cleanings to remove food, grease, and carbon deposits, a grill's life can be extended. Protecting the grill from the elements with a cover can also prevent rust and reduce the need for repairs. Most grill manufacturers also offer extended warranties, which vary in coverage and terms.

You can maneuver your gas grill into place, but you cannot connect the grill to your gas source yourself. All municipalities mandate that a certified plumber carry out this work, so you’ll have to reach out to a plumber or a gas grill installation company in your area. Given how dangerous a gas leak can be, gas lines and connections are highly regulated, so you’ll need a professional’s help and a permit to install a gas grill.

Local codes often mandate specific fittings, permits, and vent considerations for permitted function and safety, which are enforced by professionals.

Gas grill installation costs around $540 on average, not including the price of the actual grill, and most homeowners pay between $120 and $1,400. This total will go toward laying down a new gas line, connecting it to your existing gas system, pressure testing the line, and connecting it to your grill. Your total project price will depend on the length of the gas line, whether or not the line needs to be installed underground, and the cost of the permits in your area.

Examples include gas stoves, ovens, and water heaters. Confirm with your provider for specific items.
