Get matched with top deck repair pros in Sunfield, MI

"Excellent work. From the beginning of the meeting with the sales rep through the workers that handled the deck replacement, they were all friendly and professional. When the installers arrived on day one, they had the old deck tore off and the new deck done except for the stairs. The next day they completed the deck and cleaned up the work site. Love my new deck and how quickly the job was completed. I will hire them again for other projects I need done."

J&M was created as a business that will eventually be handed down to my sons. The tasks the business handles are those that require general building and maintenance skills. Any skills acquired for these jobs were ones that I learned from my dad or grandfather, both of which were licensed builders. I stand behind all work the business does with a 100% money back guarantee.

"Hired this contractor after our original contractor completely failed to perform the restoration of our deck and repainting as hired. Kris came out and quoted the work and then went above and beyond to ensure the work got done on time. When we found more wood replacement than originally expected was necessary he got that handled quickly as well. All around great experience."

"

We originally found Nyboer through a roof inspection deal on Angie's list in 2014.  They were able to setup the inspection within a week or two and really worked with me on my availability.  We had Nyboer back in 2015 to correct some issues on a home inspection report.  They responded quickly and did an outstanding job!  I found their rates to be very reasonable and the workmanship was very good.  The recent projects they worked on was adding additional brackets and supports to our deck, as well as repairing the foundation of our outdoor A/C compressor unit and leveling it.

Not only was I pleased with the work of this company, but also felt very safe having them in my home and around my children.  Highly recommend.

"Mike did a GREAT job building our new deck and pergola. We have been getting really nice compliments on it from our friends and family. We couldn't be happier. We would definitely hire him again."

"Excellent job to them! No more leaks from them doing the chimney cap and replacing some of the brink back into location"

"Oscar power washed the deck, steps and railings. He arrived on time. Did the work well at a very reasonable price. Based on that good experience I hired him again to clean all the outside windows. Again that work was done very well at the agreed price ."

"I hired H.M.T. to replace a window, install new trim and repair the side of a cabinet that was damaged by a tenant in a grease fire. The work was done timely and well. My only issue -- for which I deducted one-half star on customer service -- is that they did not show up or call the first time we had scheduled an estimate. When I reached Leonard, the company owner, he apologized and explained that he had a death in the family and a relative in the hospital and that he had simply forgot. Based on his subsequent timeliness, I would suspect that in the future, this would not be a problem, and that I could give him all fives on the next project. I do intend to hire HMT again for any needed future work."
