On moving day the crew was terrific. The leader was very communicative and explained every step of the process. He repeatedly checked in with me to make sure I was satisfied as the move progressed and was attentive to all the special instructions I gave. The crew was extremely hardworking, polite and pleasant. They worked very hard and had a great attitude. They were especially thorough in wrapping and protecting all the furniture. Premier Relocations LLCOnce eventually sorted out (a 2nd truck was sent with another crew) they quickly made up time. Head mover and his crew were amazing and knowledgeable. Moved across country and was quick unload and main crew even helped with 2nd truck unload despite being finished with their own. Can't emphasis skill of head mover. NOTHING was broken! Awesome, stress free experience. Royce and his partner Jake (?) were outstanding. When our truck load was 160 lbs over the truck's weight limit of 8,500 lbs, they removed their spare tools and equipment and drove the 890 miles with no more than 1/2 their fuel load to stay underweight. Nothing damaged and they were so helpful in getting all our furniture and boxes into the right places. Protected walls and floors and disassembled and reassembled beds and tables without issues. Outstanding and would hire them again. Thank you!

Alex and his team were incredibly efficient, skilled and kind. The move from a 1.5 bedroom to a 2 bedroom across the Bay took 10 hours but went really well. Three movers accomplished it all with skill and grace. They had to descend 27 stairs just to get to the front door of my new home and they operated their dollies like complete pros. They were amazing. I'm so grateful it was them moving all my things and not me! Well worth every cent.

Went beautifully. On time every time. They treated our belongings as if they were their own. The leader, Danny, pointed out the damages as they occurred and believe me it was minimal. A first for us in our 20+ moves. Piano was moved without problems. They carefully disassembled the exercise equipment, electronics,computer equipment and carefully packed them. They reassembled the exercise equipment and tested it on delivery. They carefully moved the washer and dryer without denting the thin front! Wow! They marked all boxes accurately and mixed room contents very little. They were very caring people as I had to take my wife to emergency room shortly after they got to work. At first I was uneasy leaving but they proved to be trustworthy and very caring. There were no problems leaving them for that six hours. All was not perfect, it never is. Other than a few minor dings I can count on one hand the only other issue was they were unable to reattach the dryer vent and move it into its final location. I had to finish it myself. It required a new vent hose. It became apparent at the start that the two 26’ trucks would not contain everything. Christy had no problems getting a third truck and crew on site the next morning. There was no delay to the original timeline, only the extra charge for the truck and crew. But she did give us a discount on it. They moved live plants, a first in our moves. All in all the best move ever. They made a very stressful time a little less so.

All the staff I spoke with were very professional and caring. Kimberly provided a quote, dealt with my changes along the way and was always kind and caring. The movers at both pick up site and delivery were professional and efficient. The process of communication regarding pick up and delivery was easy, the movers were on time and when they hit a traffic snag they went out of the way to let me know they would be a little late. I highly recommend this company and will use them again if I ever need to move a piano over distance.
