They will tell you what appliance they are going to supply. After reviewing the specifications for the microwave I decided it was a little bigger for the space I had. I selected another oven, a Samsung, and it was approved and installed with no problems. I have never had any problems with American home shield and I know I can always get a licensed and insured provider. I would definitely recommend them. "
