"We have just spent THOUSANDS of dollars repairing our log home due to ant damage. We used ERADICO PEST CONTROL (now ERLICH PEST CONTROL) for almost 10 years, thinking their products were keeping our home free of pests. Obviously, their treatment is not effective; however, Eradico/Erlich claims no responsibility and refuses to pay even part of the damages. Our service person was a nice young woman, but certainly not an "expert." Even when we called the Traverse City, Michigan office, they never sent a qualified technician to evaluate and advise. DON'T use this company for your insect problems!! ."
