A very simple and straight-forward work arrangement. Payment due upon completion of work. VERY reasonable costs for all services- half the cost of most general contractors. I do no sub-contracting. I am the sole employee so i do all the work myself and when you call you speak directly to me. No confusion or difficulties in communication. Very simple, honest and transparent. I have no overhead so I do not charge a large profit on my jobs. I have all my own equipment and rarely even have to charge a customer for materials - labor only. 100% satisfaction guaranteed on all jobs.
