"Initially all went well, they did a nice job putting in the pool and the first few years were fine. But as the pool aged and I required service, the response got bad. They did not answer emails or phone calls and it took repeated attempts to contact them to get anything done. The decking around pool warped and I asked them about fixing it and instead they hammered in a bunch of nails to hold it in place. When the external pool heater failed, I was promised that Art would come out and fix it. I waited all season and even when the pool was closed, they still didn't do anything. I finally had enough and changed company"

"I purchased a Heavenly Heat Sauna a few weeks ago . What I liked is you don?t smell any glues . I also liked its easy ( two man ) assembly. What I don?t like , in order to avoid using glues, they use pins or very thin nails. Some pins were missing and some were not beneath the surface. For the rough edges you?re provided with a small piece of sandpaper . Bot at a cost of over 5k you don?t expect to do sanding. My biggest complaint is that it takes almost an hour to get the sauna to 150 degrees. Definitely not worth the price. "

Hot tub repairs cost between $200 and $500 on average. You can minimize those costs by maintaining your hot tub and keeping necessary supplies on hand. It’s possible to move a hot tub on its side or base as long as it fits snugly in the moving truck, with plenty of padding around it. This moving method requires specialized equipment and careful planning, like moving straps, dollies, and moving blankets.
