"was out of state on vacation, and I called just before noon to see if they had available time today to snake the drain. Not only did they come today and clear the line, but the price was also exactly what was quoted!! "The two young men that came to my house for a clogged drain were professional. They listened to my issue, assessed the problem aand went to work. The problem was repaired and had me came and inspect the issue was repaired. The young men also explained what they found and how to help prevent the clog to happen again. The final thing, after they left everything was clean and picked up. If I had not been home, I wouldn't have known they were here. I would have no issuse recommending Jack Frost Drain Service."

"I needed some window trims and sills, and 2 rotten deck boards replaced. Ryan Swan came by ahead of time to look at the projects and even met me at Lowe's to help me purchase the correct materials required. He was on time and completed all the projects agreed upon. "Joe from JMS Drain Services was my service technician who arrived well within the window scheduled service time. Joe came in, inspected the sink to determine how to resolve my issue, took out the tool (snake apparatus) to clear the sink, and departed my premises within 15 minutes.
