"I was referred to D R Drain by another local plumbing company for a backed up septic line. I spoke with Dan at D R Drain. He sent Justin the same evening to diagnose the problem (root ball near the tank end of the septic line) and clean out the main septic line. Following Justin's recommendations, I had the tank re-pumped and I've had no septic backup issues since. I contacted D R Drain a couple of weeks later to replace my ailing sump pump. Both jobs were completed in a timely manner and at a very reasonable cost. I highly recommend them!"

"I needed some window trims and sills, and 2 rotten deck boards replaced. Ryan Swan came by ahead of time to look at the projects and even met me at Lowe's to help me purchase the correct materials required. He was on time and completed all the projects agreed upon. "Joe from JMS Drain Services was my service technician who arrived well within the window scheduled service time. Joe came in, inspected the sink to determine how to resolve my issue, took out the tool (snake apparatus) to clear the sink, and departed my premises within 15 minutes. I was pleased he resolved my clogged sink so quickly so I could rest after a night's work. Thank you again, Joe."
