"Jake B. came to our house to do a full evaluation of our crawlspace. He took measurements of the humidity and moisture levels of our wood which he shared with us along with photos of all of the areas of our crawl space. He did an amazing job showing us the issues with our crawl space, explaining the detrimental effects to our home and health, and presented us a comprehensive solution to encapsulate and insulate our crawl space. I had a list of questions that I didn't even have to ask because Jake had answered all of them during his presentation. He answered the additional questions that I had and shared a number of options for paying for the encapsulation, including one that would give us a discount. It’s best not to perform mudjacking in the winter unless the ground temperature remains above freezing. Freezing temperatures can cause the slurry to harden too quickly, compromising its strength and longevity.
