They poured a new concrete pad, constructed a large pole-structure porch with standing seam metal roof, and installed a new patio french door. Through all this, Aden was very communicative and responsive to all my questions. He is easy to reach by phone. The crew is patient and spend time discussing the customer's options before beginning work. The project was completed on time and within budget. I have experience working with various contractors, and D&L impressed me with their quality of framing. Nothing was done sloppily or rushed. Everything was square, clean cut, and to our specifications. I would trust D&L to do any type of concrete, framing, or metal roofing project you may have. 5/5 stars."

Also went out of his way to help me remove a screen door, so the refrigerator that was being delivered would fit through door. He and his crew did a great job, cleaned up nicely. "Built to Last Construction was recommended to me by a friend who had them remodel her kitchen. First I hired them to paint a steep stairway to the upstairs, along with the upstairs landing (built their own scaffolding) and install railings. Their work was very professional and I can't belief how good it looks! Next I had them completely remodeled the bathroom in coordination with a plumber and electrician. Tom and his wife Ann went shopping with me for bathroom fixtures but because the bathroom is so small nothing seemed like it was going to work out. Tom actually ended up building a linen cabinet, sink base and medicine cabinet with a lighted mirror to fit. The quality of the wood and workmanship is outstanding! I am also hiring them for other projects. They are always very thorough and kept me informed on all aspects of the projects. I recommended them to a friend who has had a hard time finding someone to update her deck. She will not be disappointed."

"I was a victim of a hit and run on my mailbox in the middle of winter. The mailbox and wooden post were beyond repair. After some quick Googling, I found Brandon and he was out the next day to get to work on replacing everything. He even offered to pick up the new mailbox I ordered locally. With the ground being so cold, I was worried he wouldn’t be able to remove everything, but he was so innovative and was able to pull the old post and cement out of the frozen soil. He cut the new post to match the old one and he even found some metal house numbers for the post. He did such a wonderful job. I am so grateful.
