"Courtney did a wonderful job deep cleaning our home. I appreciated the careful attention to appliances, window sills, and very thorough cleaning of bathrooms. The floors are really squeaky clean. Thank you Teara for clear and timely communication. You made everything easy. Highly recommend."

Hello, my name is Patricia and I habe a love for Cleaning. I have 15 years experience in all kinds of Cleaning services. From Residential to Vacation and Air BNBs to Dental Offices, Local Businesses,Bank Operation Headquarters Office, and Factories. Also, experience Cleaning Dispensaries and breweries. I have done Post Construction Cleans, some were brand new homes on the beach front in N.C. While other cleans were Residential Remodels. I have an overall 5 years in that area. \nI decided to start my own business with my friend based on the facts that we wanted to paddle out further and see if we can make it. Plus, we love to clean and we love to help people.\nMy main love for the business in itself is how\nI love helping people with their cleaning tasks so they can enjoy family and other loved ones. The Stress disappears and a Smile appears. \n\n\n\n

I have been cleaning for 10+ years, commercial and residential. I prefer commercial, which is what I currently do. But I am looking to fill some spots, and I don’t mind residential at all, I just don’t like invading personal space and residential homes are just that. would prefer regular clients, as I like to build the bond and relationship with people. But I don’t mind one time jobs either. \n\nI was a sahm for 11 years, as I was married to a marine. And cleaning worked into that schedule when it could, and since getting divorced and back into working full time I really have enjoyed the people i have met along the way and it really makes working not feel like a job, but more something i enjoy to do.

Window Cleaning questions, answered by experts

Yes, using appropriate techniques and solutions for material-specific care.

Professional cleaning offers deeper sanitization, reaches grout inaccessible by home tools, and restores tiles without causing damage. Technicians have expertise and equipment that ensures long-lasting cleanliness and improved aesthetics.

Egress windows require regular maintenance to ensure they function correctly. This includes cleaning the glass, inspecting the frame and well for debris, and making sure the cover or well drains properly. It is also important to check that the window sills and wells are watertight and to inspect and repair any damage to the window frame or seals to prevent leaks and maintain functionality.

You can use hot, soapy water, white vinegar, rubbing alcohol, window cleaner, nail polish remover, WD-40, and cooking oil to remove glass labels. You can also apply heat with a hair dryer or steam cleaner. Use a plastic scraper or credit card to remove the adhesive, as a razor blade can permanently scratch your glass.

You should avoid using abrasive materials and harsh chemicals when cleaning windows. Abrasive tools like scrubbing pads, rough cloths, or steel wool can permanently scratch and damage the glass. Harsh chemical cleaners containing alcohol or ammonia can damage window treatments, frame materials, and special features like tinting. It is also best to use distilled or filtered water instead of hard water, which can leave spots or streaks. For best results, use a clean microfiber cloth to wash the glass and old black and white newspapers to dry it without leaving streaks.
