The solar fan was installed and began working immediately. The impact of this new addition was clear within an hour of its installation. It's made the second floor of our home much more comfortable during this recent heat spell.
In addition to supervising the installation of the fan, Len reviewed the exterior of my home and provided me with an estimate for some additional work that needs to be done. I will likely obtain additional estimates. Regardless of whether or not I hire Len for the job, I appreciated his persistence and knowledge.
Everything went smoothly except that the original installation date had to be changed when Len discovered that his supplier was out of the fans.  I was troubled by the fact that he hadn't ensured that he would have the materials in hand in order to do the job that he had scheduled.
