Contractor Mike and his crew are very professional . His designs and execution were great. He was also respectful of our budget and style. His team is honest and trustworthy. They are also very tidy, cleaned up after themselves after the project done. very thoughtful regarding protecting your home. We will be using Mike and his team again for a larger project later this year.

Mike is not only very professional but also flexible in his approach if the customer has ideas that need to be incorporated into the plans. His main subcontractor was also professional and his workmanship was spot-on in his finish work. The only difficulty we had during the entire project was the window manufacturer's delays which were not caused by Mike. We really enjoy our new 3 seasons room !

Mike Wozniak comes across as an honest, polite business owner. However, in our case, he and his crew performed work of subpar quality. Also, he proceeded to present us with an additional bill at the end of the project for work he deemed "extra", even though he never once approached us to discuss additional costs during the course of the project. Mike asked us to contact his crew directly and expected us to direct them in their tasks. We paid Mike for his services, however it would have been the same amount of work on our part to simply hire professionals (plumber, drywall, tile) directly and save the fees Mike charges since he relies on the homeowner to supervise his subcontractors. Mike also violated his written agreement with us which specifically states that any changes to the original scope of work that would result in a price increase must be approved in writing by the homeowner prior to the change in scope being completed. In our case, there was no change order presented to us; instead we received an invoice over a month after the work was completed for an additional 15% of the entire cost of our project. Mike is continuing to harass us for these extra fees despite the fact that we have pointed out that he never once followed the procedure set forth in his contract regarding change orders. The project was not completed on time as guaranteed in our written contract, and we had to contact Mike's crew directly on multiple occasions. I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere if you are looking for a professional, honest company that performs high quality work for an agreed upon price.

We are very pleased with all of Mike's crew and project team! They are all very efficient, courteous and neat, and diligent workers. We are very pleased with the results, and at this point would be interested in speaking about a potential "phase 2" of our our project. We are so excited that we are approaching the final stages of this first phase of our home improvements and are anxious to continue working with Mike & team!

Mike was very professional and stayed on top of the project from start to finish. The plans were designed by Building Integrity and turned out spectacular. The sub contractors were conscientious and reliable. The finished room (addition to a bedroom) was above what we expected. The work was done on time and within budget. We would recommend Building Integrity.

Mike and his team did a great job repairing my leaky sunroom and did so at a very reasonable price. They were professional and courteous.

They came and visited, took measurements and provided examples of previous work. Gave a fair estimate of cost that met our needs. The installation was quickly and professionally done and we are satisfied with the results.

Still in the planning stages, but are quite impressed with Mike's follow-up and are looking forward to his design for our project. I'm also particularly pleased with his willingness to walk with us through a long-range plan.

The owner, Mike was very informative about his product. We were a little disappointed that there was a miscommunication and the project took a little longer than we were told, and it was not completed before a big party. They also did not start work on our porch till 1 in the afternoon

Mike did a fine job and continued to follow thru on the details to the end. We got all of the permits and passed all of the city inspections for the sun room which replaced a screen porch.

Mike from Building Integrity, was extremely professional and easy to work with. He offered a number of solutions, and was cost conscious when providing the quote. We worked with Mike to have the awning roof & door replaced on our sunroom. The job was completed very quickly (less than 1 day) and to our complete satisfaction. We will certainly consider working with Mike again on other projects.

Mike Wozniak is a professional like no other we've hired before. He pays attention to detail, worked with us even when we changed the scope of the project, and dealt with the inevitable problems that arise in any remodeling project. His fees were a bargain considering the level of service was above and beyond our expectations.
