"TEMO was referred to us by one of the pool companies that we bid for our pool and patio project.  I called on a Tuesday and the salesperson was there on Wednesday.  The initial bid was provided on the spot, in a very well laid out and detailed format, which I like.  Within a few days, a measure and design person came to the house to do all of the exact measures, as ours was a custom job.  Shortly thereafter, we got a full set of drawings, including a 3D rendering, which helped us visualize the project.  We paid our deposit and got a commitment for installation within 3 weeks, which happened (I wish we had the same performance from the company we chose to do our pool!).  The workmanship and quality of materials is excellent.  We could not be happier with our experience with TEMO.  We work with a lot of contractor companies.  TEMO is one of the best."

"Mike and his crew helped replace our old and decrepit deck with a concrete brick paver patio. Throughout the whole process, they were a joy to work with. Not only was their price very reasonable (it came in between two other quotes), Mike also took his time to explain what to look for in a paver patio and what design elements would fit our vision. He also educated us on the installation process of the patio from the very beginning. Once the construction started, it went much quicker than we had expected. And throughout the process, Mike continued to communicate with us changes that needed to be made based on the elevation of our yard. He always gave us choices on the changes, and we often consulted him on the better choice. Because we were working from home, we were able to observe Mike and his crew working on the patio. It was very clear that Mike took great care with the little details to make the patio perfect. Specifically, she appreciated that Mike treated her and I with the same amount of respect. Her experience with most contractors is often unpleasant because they would talk around her or dismiss her questions or suggestions. Mike, however, listened to her input and respected her decisions. We are very satisfied with the result, and more important, we enjoyed our interactions with Mike throughout the entire process of the project. In fact, we have already started talking to Mike about returning at a later time to landscape our front lawn.
