"It went very well, from the estimate to completion. Greg was clear, honest and direct and he cares about his customers being satisfied. The workmen arrived  on the date agreed upon, were generally neat and clean and careful about my  house. It was a big, messy job and they cleaned up well. There were a few details to finish and Greg came personally to complete the little things. For example, during the clean out and other work, a t.v. cable was pulled loose and fell between the walls.   Greg came back to fix it. He made sure I was  happy with the job. I can already notice a difference from the pebble/dirt crawlspace and the new one with the liner. I notice less dampness in the family room, and there is no more smell, even on days it is raining. I trust it will be significantly warmer in the winter.

The cleanup also amazed me, very thorough. Hauled everything away. Communication was also good, he’s personable but professional. I will have All American back for more trees to be cleaned up. "We hired Steffin to fill in the big puddles forming in our long dirt driveway. He came to our home very quickly to provide us a quote, and had the job scheduled less than a week out. I only received quotes from Steffin and Jensen's, and Steffin's quote was much more reasonable for our budget. On the day for the work to be done, he and his assistant Matt came out and worked efficiently through the morning and early afternoon. By 3pm we had new gravel installed on our driveway and he even let me and my 1-year old son sit on his tractor for a photo op. The work was done about a month ago and I waited to post the review to see how the dirt settled, literally. Now, even after a heavy rain, there are minimal puddles. A huge improvement compared to the "pond" that had previously been forming at the end of the driveway. Steffin and Matt were a wealth of knowledge with lots of experience. I was able to get quite a few general other questions answered about home repair while they were here. They also did some work on our sliding door so I can close it again without having to lift it, much appreciated! I'd recommend this business for gravel work and any other handyman needs. The only thing I would have done differently is perhaps choose a smaller gravel size for the driveway as the ones we used are difficult for our toddler to ride his bike over."

They removed a large number of unruly bushes and trees, cleared out all the river rock and oversized stones, and completely transformed our landscaping. They also poured beautiful new concrete steps leading to our front door with excellent craftsmanship and attention to detail. We especially appreciated their honesty and integrity as they saved us money by determining our existing sidewalk did not need to be replaced. They also installed a buried drainage pipe to divert water away from our foundation, which has already helped with basement flooding due to our high water table. Communication was excellent, pricing was fair, and the work was completed on time. They truly transformed our home into something we’re proud of. Highly recommend!"
