"Bob & Tony arrived on time & automatically put booties on when they entered the home. They donned masks when asked to do so and kept them on while working for a steady 5 hours. The gentlemen were very friendly, professional and very patient in answering my continuous questions about what they were doing and why. A difficult dryer vent was tackled and cleaned to our satisfaction. The only suggestion for improvement would be a bit more detailed clean-up in each room upon completion. Thanks for a job well done Steam-X!"
