Hello, Bryar from Hammond Home Improvement. I’m 23 years old and I’ve been in the construction/remodeling business for 5 years now. I’ve practically done a little bit of everything when it comes to remodels but I specialize in building decks, replacing doors and windows, and bathroom remodels. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. "As can happen, the project started out slow. Ryan was a little late the first day. But we discussed it, and he made up for it by getting right to work. He had a couple of guys with him, and they all worked very hard taking out the old deck, and getting ready to put the new one in it's place. During the project, we had a couple of hiccups (which I was quick to point out...lol). However, Ryan took care of them right away. And, as anyone who has ever done home repairs can tell you, sometimes unexpected things come up. Ryan went out of his way to take care of them as well. As for the new deck, I had a very detailed design that I wanted executed, and Ryan and his guys did a great job making my vision a reality. Bottom line, I am so pleased that I will keep him in mind for any other jobs that I may decide to do in the future."
