"Jimmy and his team provided a great service. We needed to have our home caulked, some repair on the exterior trim and repainted. During the project, his team made every effort to be careful to avoid damage to our property while navigating around the house. They applied taping and tarps over things like the air conditioner or around the roof and windows. Jimmy kept up with excellent communication with us letting us know each stage of the project and asked questions or made suggestions for clarity. Upon completion, Jimmy walked around the house a couple times with us together to review all the areas and confirm satisfaction. Lastly, his team cleaned up all trash and left the property clean. Overall the team operated very efficiently and professionally completing the project earlier than expected. Consider Nilaj Construction for future projects."
