Service was finally performed in late April 2017, after provider requested coming on their own schedule, and I agreed. Service was performed well, once it finally happened. But between January and April I was left wondering if I'd dropped money into a hole and would never hear from the provider again. Life happens, obviously, I just wish there had been better communication."
