"I had several companies come to our house and help us figure out how to fix water leaking into our basement (nearly every time it rained). All 3 companies told me that we needed an interior drain system, with a variation on the type/cost. 4-Ever Water-Tite's bid was in the middle. What I liked best was how they were very familiar with my city (knew the inspector, mentioned other projects in the area, etc.). They also didn't try to get me to install stuff I didn't need, like a sump pump (another company stated we had to put one in but Bob told us it wasn't necessary for our city's drainage system). 
We paid a deposit and they came to do the project less than a week later. The project took 1 and 1/2 days (due to city inspection). We had one snafu during the project (water line broke and water gushed into my basement - which wasn't their fault at all) and they handled it incredibly well with no damage or additional cost to us. 
After they were done, we had a contractor come in several days later to replace the drywall that was taken out to install the drainage system. The contractor had no affiliation with 4-Every Water-Tite and he told us that they did an excellent job and "treated our house like it was their own."

"There were several problems with the space pack AC unit AC Engineers installed in 2016. AC engineers really stands behind their work. Their technicians are excellent. He identified where the exact location of the break and was very helpful working with the excavator to get my line repaired. For unforeseen reasons, the work ended up taking more than one day, but she was able to squeeze in the additional work time a couple of days later. The quality of the work is outstanding and I really appreciated the way she kept me apprised of the work as it unfolded, explaining all of the details of the work and any issues that arose that required additional cost. I like her and her assistance's work so much that I scheduled her to also repair a janky gas line in the basement that she noted when doing her initial inspection of the place. What I appreciate most is that I know she uses quality parts and does everything to code, and warranties her work.
