Hello, my name is Patricia and I habe a love for Cleaning. I have 15 years experience in all kinds of Cleaning services. From Residential to Vacation and Air BNBs to Dental Offices, Local Businesses,Bank Operation Headquarters Office, and Factories. Also, experience Cleaning Dispensaries and breweries. I have done Post Construction Cleans, some were brand new homes on the beach front in N.C. While other cleans were Residential Remodels. I have an overall 5 years in that area. I decided to start my own business with my friend based on the facts that we wanted to paddle out further and see if we can make it. Plus, we love to clean and we love to help people. FedEx tracking showed the package at their facility for 8 days without moving beginning on 10/15. Called FedEx 3 times. Each time they said they cannot find package and I have to contact shipper. Shipper has to make a claim, they will not mark it as lost. Called Appliance Parts Pros twice. Each time they say FedEx has to mark package lost before they will do anything. They also state they have to wait 14 days from them before doing anything because of their contract with FedEx. I don't care about their contract, I want what was ordered and paid for. Just going in circles with them and FedEX. If they shipped after 14 days it would be 22 days from that point, 32 days from the date of order if they shipped it that day. "I received a very quick response to my quote request. Vacman was able to fit me in right away to come investigate my issue. He did a thorough inspection, and then told me what was needed, and had pictures from under my house to show me why. He was able to complete the installation that same day. They checked in with me every step of the way, from showing me the outside vent cover and choosing a color, to making sure that the washer and dryer were left in a position I was happy with. They were very polite and professional, and the materials they used seemed to be very high quality. I am pleased with the work, and would hire Vacman again."

Exterior Arts, LLC provided a quote, selected a date for the repair, and promptly finished it. The water leak is gone. Exterior Arts, LLC has done two other jobs for us in the past, rebuilt our deck and installed new composite siding on a bay window that we have. They did an excellent job on these projects as well."

"This is the first online review I've ever written -- my experience with this company was that bad. Three aspects that deserve attention: 1) I placed an order and tried to cancel six minutes later. Turns out they don't accept cancellations. 2) I couldn't find a phone number, so I had to work the return/refund by email. The exchange was painful -- so unhelpful I felt like I was interacting with a bad chatbot. 3) I ended up eating shipping costs (expected) and got hit for a 50% restocking fee (unexpected) because I refused the package instead of paying to ship it back. Didn't matter that it went to the correct address, was clearly labeled, and had prior return authorization. So I ended up with a $21 refund on a $60 order, and a lesson learned about where not to buy appliance parts."
