The technician called about 15 minutes before the appointment to let me know he would be there soon. He showed up exactly on time. Herb, the technician was professional in conduct and appearance and in every way. he was knowledgeable and went about conducting the service call despite being pestered by my dog. After the service, Herb discussed his findings with me and answered a few of my questions on future work I want to have done on my system.
